REWARD PROGRAM

We will be rewarding our regular clients with OptiMyGem Dollars that you can use toward gems in the future.

Concept:

A percentage of the amount you spend with us will be given back to you in the form of credit for future use. You must be an active and regular client to use the credit.

Reasoning:

Debbie and I cannot foresee us running Optima Gem forever. Unless we are surprised by some family member developing a love for gems, we will either sell or just discontinue the business in about 10 years. At that time, we would love it if at least some of our gems got into the hands of our gem loving friends.

WHEN CAN I SPEND MY CREDIT?

When we retire or before we sell the business.

WHAT'S AN ACTIVE AND REGULAR CLIENT?

You must order at least once per year to maintain your reward balance. Your account must be in good standing.

HOW MUCH CREDIT WILL I GET?

Approximately 2% of your gem purchases will be applied to your OptiMyGem balance.

WHAT CAN I BUY?

Your OptiMyGem Dollars can be applied to any retail priced gem in our inventory except consignment gems

DO I GET CREDIT FOR PAST YEARS OF LOYALTY?

Yes, all active clients will begin this program with an initial amount commensurate with your years of loyalty.
